How to create bundle / Composite items in QuickBooks?

 

We got many request for bundle item /  composite item in quickbooks from our linnworksTools customers. We have analysis that It is possible to create bundle item in quickbooks with api integration. Unfortunately, It is not possible to create bundle item through api integration. But we have found one solutions that it is possible to create bundle item manually in QuickBooks.

 

Following is the step to create bundle item manually in quickbooks. This is link which shows how to create bundle item manually in quickbooks.

Here, I have mention some important points to create bundle items in quickbooks.

  1. Check SKU of Composite item in the linnworks.net
    For example,  SKU is 100212
  2. Create same composite item  in the QuickBooks with the same SKU (SKU is 100212) which is in the linnworks for those composite item.
  3. LinnworksTools maps created composite item in the quickbooks with linnworks composite item via search of same SKU in the linnworks. So make sure you have created composite item at first in the QuickBooks before mapping.
    For example,
    In linnworks.net, SKU is 100212  for the composite item (Candy, Seasonal Fruit & Wine)
    So Please create 100212 SKU item in the quickbooks to map with linnworks composite items.
    Then, LinnworksTools is able to map same composite / bundle item in both linnworks & QuickBooks.
